I was delighted with the srevice Andy and his team provided in clearing my Mother’s flat prior to completion of sale. I had arranged for a charity to take away the remaining furniture from the flat but, due to adverse weather, they would not send their vehicles out. With only a couple of days to go before completion, I struggled to find alternative ways of disposing of the furniture. Fortunately, I came across Ashford Man and Van online. Within a couple of hours, Andy had come round to the flat and appraised the job. The following day, his team cleared the furniture leaving the flat clear and tidy. Moved 'small flat' sized load from Ashford to Maidstone inc fridge freezer, king sized bed, sofa bed, bedroom furniture set to name the biggest items (lots of boxes and smaller awkward items also), in just 2 and a half hours! (Very quick compared to a previous move with different company, the exact opposite; same load but from Maid to Ash which took 4 hours..)Loads of sheeting/blankets provided with the van/trailer, and care was taken that everything was loaded in tightly and protected by the sheeting.
We were given a rough price estimate based on info we provided before the job, but were charged based on what we actually used (van/trailer/no of guys etc) and the ACTUAL time taken on the job. (Previous job mentioned above was a 4 hour time slot and if you went over you'd be charged 8 hours) so less stress this time round for sure! Good honest, reliable and friendly service. Highly recommended. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you! 5 stars!

We had Andy move us twice in 2016 very reliable and very good service, we moved in July into a rental house in Ashford and then from the rental in December to our new build and both times Andy helped us with crates for our storage in the garage and general care and attention to all items moved thoroughly recommend for anyone moving big or small items, very friendly guys thanks again,Sarah & Paul
